Day 1, Sunday April 17th, 2016

Ready to embark on our literary journey of a lifetime!

Ready to board flight VS 008 from LAX to London Heathrow

We've arrived safely in England with no hiccups. That's pretty good considering this is the largest group we've taken across the Atlantic for this venture - 43 in all. Praise God! The weather is a crisp 48 degrees without rain and absolutely lovely.  Our large group had to use 3 bed and breakfasts to accommodate everyone, the primary one being the Ashmount.  Our traveling has taken nine and half hours on a red-eye plane, and a four hour bus ride from the south of England to the Northern region of Yorkshire.

The Literary Tour of England it is quite strategic in bringing the group to the quaint little town of Haworth (pronounced How-worth). Narrow cobblestone streets lined with darling, quaint little shops greet you. They are filled with oddities you just can't find anywhere else, all peddled to you through friendly townsfolk welcoming you to this country. This makes you feel cozy in this wonderful countryside as though it is ready to share its tales of the family that has placed this special, little gem on the map.
